Each order(s) shipping carrier will be selected at Terra Beauty Product's discretion. All shipments will have a tracking number that will be emailed to each customer once shipped. Should you need a specific delivery method (such as Sign For or expedited shipping), please contact hello@terrabeautybars.com prior to ordering or with your order number. Please note that there may be an additional fee for expedited or sign for shipping.

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide refunds or replacement products for orders that have a confirmed tracked delivery confirmation.
